Please be aware that all orders are processed within 48 business hours (not including weekends and holidays). Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. Please note that during holiday weeks & weekends orders may be delayed , we suggest ordering one week ahead of a holiday weekend if orders are needed for that weekend.Orders placed after 2pm EST will begin processing the following day. All orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM. EST will begin processing on the following Monday.   Available shipping methods for domestic orders include: USPS Priority Mail: $7.00 (2-3 business days) USPS Priority Mail Express: $20.00 (1-2 business days) Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $100.00 using the code: "Free Shipping". Free Shipping not applicable during store-wide promotions. *Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.   Available shipping methods for international orders include: Canada - USPS Priority Mail International: $25 (7-14 business days) United Kingdom - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days) All Other Countries - USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days) Please note that Ash Ave ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Ash Ave and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Ash Ave, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee). Ash Ave is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
